Marsabit, Marsabit County, Kenya
Marsabit is a cool volcanic highland town rising from the arid country of northern Kenya. It is the practical starting point for Marsabit National Park, its montane forest and crater lakes, and later journeys toward the Chalbi Desert and Lake Turkana. Use the Home Base to confirm park conditions, fuel and supplies before leaving the main A2 corridor.
