Safari from Serenje

Serenje is the Great North Road gateway for Kasanka National Park and an onward connection after the wetland stages.

The town supports arrival, an overnight pause, supplies, and organized road transfers toward Kasanka.

Kasanka is open through the year, but wildlife conditions change markedly between the dry season, wet-season birding, and the short fruit-bat gathering.

Road access follows the Serenje–Samfya corridor before turning into Kasanka. Current conditions should be checked after heavy rain.
