Rundu → Divundu
Follow the B8 east along the wider Okavango corridor, with the river and its settlements remaining close to the northern road.
Divundu → Bwabwata National Park
Continue on the public B8 through Bwabwata. Popa Falls, Mahango, and Buffalo are separate side visits with their own access roads.
Bwabwata National Park → Kongola
Stay on the B8 through woodland and the park's multiple-use corridor to the Kwando River junction at Kongola.
Kongola → Mudumu National Park
Turn south from the B8 toward Mudumu, allowing for slower access and current road conditions beyond the main highway.
Mudumu National Park → Nkasa Rupara National Park
Continue toward Sangwali, then use the single Nkasa Rupara access branch. Flooding and track conditions can materially change this stage.
Nkasa Rupara National Park → Katima Mulilo
Return along the same measured access branch to the Sangwali junction, then follow the public road north and east to Katima Mulilo.
